Excellent Hotel

Fantastic 6 night stay. Staff friendly and attentive. Taxi service easy with great drivers who went over and above. Close to beach and shops. Food at the hotel was fantastic. Big shout to Aaron, Arun and the ladies in the restaurant . Fantastic organised service

Excellent property

Such an excellent, beautiful, clean and service oriented property....I am a regular traveler to different parts of the world but this is by far my best stay in all aspects... Benilium beach is 5 min walk and is very clean....hotel offers free shuttle service also to the beach...meals spread is amazing and the kind of service they focus on is commendable...highly recommend....

Great property , a little walk to the beach, but amenities make up for it. Food was excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby for food options. They also call Taxi service for you to go anywhere within Goa. Pool was great. Massage Spa was great.

Memorable stay in majestic property.

We stayed for three nights and the stay was fantastic. The property is big, clean and superbly maintained. The room was nicely done and the breakfast was lavish with multiple choices. Service was excellent and staff did everything to fulfil our demands and make our stay comfortable. The housekeeping is par excellence. Location is close to famous Benaulim Beach, one of the best in Goa.

Our stay at Fairfield Marriott, Goa Benaulim

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and serene. Very desirable for couples and even families. The hotel has its own gym and a spa. Everything is kept spotless. Benaulim beach is a breezy 5min walk frim the hotel. All in all we had a super stay and left with loads of memories.

Had a good stay overall

We had a very good stay... Staff was very humble and helpful... Awesome hospitality but only one factor the room could have been more cleaned... Wasn't very happy about cleanliness not that it was dirty but just not very clean especially the washroom. But overall stay very good.. Breakfast buffet was very good too

Rooms were clean . Bathroom waste baskets need to be replaced . Breakfast buffet needs to be improved . Food left on the hot plate for too long ! Imagine having danish pastries heated to a crisp that they turn into burnt toast

This is a very beautiful property. It’s spread out quite a bit which allows for long walks in the property premises. The staff have done a wonderful job to keep the property clean. The plants and the lawns around the property are it’s true highlights. The swimming pool is huge and it has an attached bar. The in-house restaurant serves great food however we did find that the buffet was a little overpriced. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommend!

Absolutely no lounge chairs / umbrellas on Beanaulim beach as far as the eye can see. ATM' s and supermart, nearest one is a long walk or taxi ride.

Rooms supposed to be bigger as compared while booking rooms. Balcony is like 2 chairs outside the room with no view and access .. Just waste of money as compared to other hotels .

Good things: pool, safe in room, spa service is good. Dinning- food is good. Bad: no hand towel provided had to call them 2-4 times. Bug spatters throughout room. Mosquitoes were biting us at night. Had to squeeze the soap bottles very hard. Toilet tissues were not provided and had to be asked twice for the same. Sanitary conditions throughout this property are poor with ton of mosquitoes.

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks on what was our first trip to India. I am so glad we picked this hotel, it really could not have been better suited to our needs. It’s is located in a very convenient spot close to the beach but an easy 5 min walk into Benaulim village. There are ample shacks and restaurants within a 5 to 10 min walk. It is spotlessly clean and very peaceful, food and drinks are excellent and extremely good value. None of the above are the true strength of Fairfield Benaulim tho, because as good as all that is it is the staff that make the place special. We have travelled a lot over the years and have never been anywhere where the staff are like they are here. I wish I could remember more of the names and list each of them as they are all truly outstanding. There’s warmth and genuineness about each of them, there only concern is that you are enjoying there stay and on many occasions they did things to help that were above and beyond. From the manager who spent time chatting with us every day, to the gardeners, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar staff all were very and attentive and a credit to the hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 🙏🙏🇮🇳

From the moment we stepped through the doors of this stunning property, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that simply glowed with hospitality. The decor was impeccable and tasteful accents that spoke to the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to creating a truly memorable guest experience. The real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Starting from the airport pickup/drop-off co-ordinator Sahil, to the front desk team of Chandni and Ryaqwell, to the Kava restaurant team of Pankaj and Aaron, to housekeeping primarily handled by Quincy, every person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. They went above and beyond in every interaction, anticipating our needs and providing thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced the visit. Of course, no hotel experience would be complete without comfortable accommodations, and in this regard, this hotel certainly did not disappoint. Our room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could possibly need. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. From the impeccable decor to the exceptional service, every aspect of my stay was truly outstanding, and I can't wait to return again in the future. We had a great stay. The property was close the beach and had shops near by. Low cleanliness rating only given as there was a room service tray in the hall near our room for two days. It only disappeared when we requested someone removed it (housekeeping didn't take it away). Restaurant staff were great and check in and out were fast. If we come back to India we would definitely stay again.
