A Bit Worn

The place is a bit worn, including the exterior, common areas, and pool area. The apartment is okay. Strange cleaning routine – even though cleaning is included, you still have to clean the kitchen and do the dishes yourself, even though they don’t provide or sell dishwasher tablets or other cleaning supplies.

This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. There is no working internet in the room I had to sit in the lobby to get a signal that worked which is not acceptable. The facility has lots of potential but it looks like it’s been neglected for some time. Location is excellent close to Nice but yet far enough to stay away from the traffic and noise. Could use more towels for guest.

WIFI as part of the amenities, however, they could not keep it working and only did the minimum to try. Also be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, you get one small roll. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a large shopping mall with a large grocery stall about a miles walk. Close enough to a bus stop to get to Old Nice easily.

Our accommodations were satisfying for our needs. The covered outdoor pool doesn’t open till mid April. We found the area a good central location to everything. We used the buses and trams to get around. Watch out where you walk on the side walk because dog poop is on it. They don’t pick it up.
