A warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookie upon check-in (Nice touch!), room was clean and QUIET, once I was in the room, the management inquired with me to see if I needed anything. I appreciated everything as my stay was for medical reasons at Barnes Jewish Hospital next door. Will be staying here for my future appointments.

This hotel is starting to show wear and tear. It gets alot of traffic due to location to Hospital. The location is perfect if you are there for medical stay but there was trash all over the place outside. Makeup on the pillow and yellowed stain on comforter. The blue chair was filthy. Close to Barnes, access to wnter hotel had only one area, had to have key cards redone as wouldnt access room or car parking. Good staff, clean room, quiet even tho in busy area.
