The staff was really first class and the food was excellent. The hotel is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. A steal at this price, but imagine it will be much more expensive when the transition is complete.

We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away.

Very run-down and very dirty!!! Luckily, i brought disinfectant wipes. Caeoet was so gross and mobed a table to get to an oulet and there was a thick layer of dust+holes in walls and doors, stains on same plus on carpet. 9am, housekeeper walks in without knocking!!!! (Just out of shower)

Vi var fire personer, men der var kun to dyner – det giver simpelthen ingen mening. Poolområdet findes, men børn under 12 år har som udgangspunkt ikke adgang, og adgang koster ovenikøbet 10 EUR pr. person. Vi fik den “fine” behandling, at vi godt måtte tage børnene med ind, men kun indtil der kom andre gæster – så skulle vi forlade området. Ved ikke, om jeg skal græde eller grine, men han forsøgte da trods alt at finde en løsning. Hotellet er gammelt, slidt og langt fra at leve op til tre stjerner

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je trouve que le ménage était vraiment moyen. Derrière les rideaux il y avait des toiles d’araignées et pleins de poussières. Qui plus est, une brosse pour les toilettes seraient peut-être un « luxe » pour garder la salle de bain proposé.

Les chambres spacieuses sont très appréciables. La proximité du restaurant est un avantage. La piscine est agréable mais sans doute un peu petite si on tient compte des capacités d'hébergement des deux hôtels. L'existence d'un petit spa est un plus même si un sauna en plus du hamam aurait été apprécié.

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk personnel. Very helpful. The only complaint we had about the entire stay (not related to hotel) was the cost of taxi service from hotel to airport -- 5 minute ride was $25 one-way. In Spain, we paid $10 or less for a 20-min taxi. Not sure why France is so much higher, especially for a short drive. Other than that, this hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms, and great food!

Domage pour le hammam fermé.
