My family stayed here over two rooms, both of which were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building is modern and nicely laid out and the location is excellent for walking into split town in minutes. There was a big storm the morning we were leaving and Cristina was incredibly kind and helpful to everyone stranded in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in and staff were very very helpful. We only needed the room for one night so all good, if I was staying longer it would not work. The metal window shutters would not open so the room felt like a cave with no natural light. The room was fine but very basic and more like student accommodation than luxury accommodation. For starters, there is no reception or staff at any hours to welcome you on the property. Any issues we had, we had to message them on whatsapp. The most helpful staff was one of the nice cleaning ladies who helped to deep clean our room more and give us a new key when ours stopped working. We checked in after hours and immediately upon arrival, we walk into our room and there are at least 15-20 bugs flying around. My husband spent at least a good hour trying to kill some to make it more manageable for us to be able to go to sleep. There were spider webs up in two corners of the room, we found two dead bugs in our bed, the curtains were half hanging off of the railing, and the toilet seat was completely broken and unattached to the toilet. When we messaged the property with our concerns, they did not offer to switch us rooms. They said that they would take care of it. The staff did end up cleaning up the cobwebs, however, their solution to the other problems were to put up a strip of fly tape dangling from the curtain rod and never fixing the toilet. We additionally had mold in our bathroom and on our ceiling from what appeared to be a leak from a room above us. On our second day of staying here, our room key stopped working out of nowhere, and luckily the cleaning lady was around at the time to help us out with giving us a new room key. If it wasn’t for her and it was after hours, we would not have been able to get back into our room. Would not recommend staying.

The room was basic, which is what we were expecting. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children and were only there 1 night to get a ferry the next morning. Communication was very quick and easy, photos sent of where to get key. Locationwas really close to the port and super markets. And good air con.The room itself could/should have been a bit cleaner. Everywhere just looked a bit tired. The curtains were not attached correctly and dangled from the pole. Sofa bed had a basesheet which wasnt quite big enough and only had 3 sheets between the 4 of us (not doubles so not very easy to share). It was fine for one night and only in there to sleep bit wouldn't call it luxury and wouldn't stay again.

The cleaning was unacceptable. Hair in the zink, crumbles in the coffee cups, spiderwebs on walls and corners. The mattress was really filthy and the sheets didn’t cover the extra bed. Ants and spiders in the bathroom. The blinds outside the window was damaged so we couldn’t open them. Very small room for three people. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here, even though it was just for one night before going to the airport.

Worst place I have ever stayed at, and I travel a lot!! No staff present and they do not answer to enquiries by telephone. The air conditioning did not work and no one was there to help. We booked for four people, but there was only three beds. The neighbor rooms had parties all night long and there was noone to contact about it. Our kids had no chance of sleeping! There is a lot of garbage outside of the flats. The first floor stanked of marihuana, as other guests were smoking. What a disaster!

No parking available, had to find street parking nearby, despite it being advertised in the property listing. They also allegedly have laundry services, but they weren’t available when we needed them for the two nights we stayed. The rooms also did not have microwaves or fridges, making it difficult to bring food or leftovers. There was also marijuana smokers outside our room, and the stench came into our room as well, making us nauseous.
