We had some issues on our first day but a manager named Jose Martin corrected the issues and offered us an upgrade and asked if there was any other way to help us. We appreciated this so much because he took a personal interest in our comfort. We recommend staying here, the view alone is worth the trip.

I've been coming back to this resort since 2019. The staff are absolutely amazing. Jose, Ismael, Evely, Antonio, Luis and Gonzalo go out of thier way to make my vacation more memorable. Resort is super clean. Conviet location. The front beach is absolutely beautiful.

Ehh. Mediocre at best. Resort was a little run down but not the worst. We also got talked into buying a vacation package with the Barcelo group, which was fine (also, if you decide to sit in on this presentation, be prepared for 3 hours, not 1.5) but the representatives we dealt with did not hold up their end of the bargain which was supposed to compensate us for our commitment. We were supposed to get a sunset yacht ride as a "gift", but they failed to schedule it properly and we missed out on an experience that we had planned for and looked forward to. Highly unlikely we will ever return to this resort.
