If this is a 4-star "boutique hotel," I'm disappointed. Everything was okay, but nothing special. The style of the rooms is rather mediocre. Our iron double bed was cramped, and the mattress was noisy. I can't recommend this hotel. There are certainly better, more affordable hotels in wonderful Salzburg.

Absolutely lovely small Hotel close to everything. Very friendly, very clean. Tea and coffees available all day. A small croissant for breakfast but this is fine as plenty of lovely cafes close by to enjoy breakfast. Very definitely a recommended.

There was nothing terribly unique about this property apart from that it is old and in a good location. What was terrible is that there was no fridge in the room for food and no electric kettle so we couldn’t even make a cup of tea. This hotel was very clean, staff very informative and friendly. Very cute room! Perfectly located with lots of options for eating and drinking, short walk to bus stops and short walk to Altstadt, even the train station was walkable. Breakfast was light continental. No restaurant on property, drinks provided in common area using honor system. This was plenty for us. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely hotel in a great location

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, close to everything! The staff are friendly, there’s free coffee and an honesty box for other drinks. We had a lovely 2 bed apartment, however the rooms were really hot, even in early May when it’s cooler at nights, hate to think what it’s like in the summer! The walls on the rooms could do with a paint refresh but nothing that didn’t spoil our stay!
