The staff was welcoming and helpful. Having the washer and dryer in our suite was super helpful. We could not have asked for a better location. We were in walking distance to the beach, a park was right across the street and there were many good restaurants nearby. Our daughter wants to live in the Avalon.

My friend and I absolutely loved The Avalon Club. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The location was great. You could walk to just about anywhere and was right on the beach. They have chairs, towels, toys and pool noodles for guests to use. The staff was also wonderful and very friendly. Will definitely be staying again.

The property was really nice! I stood in a 2 bedroom and the ocean view was spectacular. There was always someone available if I needed anything and it was a jump, skip and hop away from the beach. Everything is within walking distance of the property. Gas station was right around the corner and a cute park across the street if you have little kiddies. I would stay in this property again and very soon :)

Lovely place! We would love to return to this resort for longer next time…super clean, newer resort with very friendly staff! Great views. Definitely a less busy area (which we loved) but a short walk to all the action. The provided chairs for the beach are a huge perk. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great room and views. Very close to downtown Clearwater Beach. We did not have to use our car other than going to the Phillies games. The 5th floor bar area was a pleasant surprise also. Walk to the beach was great.
