Great property with excellent location, and I will definitely recommend it to all. TV remote would not allow me to change channels and would have to do a channels search every so often then it would work just fine for some time, then it wouldn’t work and I would have to repeat steps in order to find a workaround. We only ate once in the on-site restaurant, and did not have many options, and food was descent. The faucet in the sink had a small leak. Beside these small inconveniences, we found it safe, clean, and quite.

Nuestra estancia en el Radisson Poliforum León fue en general buena. El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas con rapidez y actitud positiva. Ya nos habíamos hospedado antes por un congreso, pero en esta ocasión notamos algunos detalles de mantenimiento: en el gimnasio varias máquinas no funcionaban (caminadoras y aparatos), y las mancuernas solo estaban disponibles a partir de 10 lb. En la habitación tardaba en salir el agua caliente y algunos contactos no servían. Otro punto a mejorar es que las tarjetas de acceso se desactivan con frecuencia; aunque en recepción las reactivan de inmediato, resulta incómodo tener que bajar varias veces si se tiene prisa. Aun así, el servicio del personal hace la diferencia y mantiene la experiencia en un nivel positivo.

I just wanted the salad!

We stayed here for a few nights as we visited family. The hotel is away from the Central District, but it’s extremely accessible through Uber. If you’re visiting Leon for a concert or La Feria (fair) it’s perfectly located. Somehow we wound up with a handicap accessible room, but that was fine. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was great. We arrived late our first night and ordered room service— and that’s where we had issues. The gal over the phone took our order but showed up with the wrong tab. I’d asked for a cup of ice when she returned. We never got it. She returned about 30 minutes later with our tab. By then we’d finished our food. We tried to order room service again the following night. A man answered the phone and had major attitude when we asked about ordering the same salad we’d ordered the night before. He said it didn’t exist. (If so then how did I order it the previous night?!?) I had to chill before calling back — eventually we placed our order and the same gal offered a cup of ice when she brought our room. The hotel also held our bags after checkout so we could shop. That was a huge help!
