Do not hesitate to book! The staff was courteous and went above and beyond, specially Alicia, she was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, the location is close enough where you can walk places and there’s a park right across the street which is a plus if you’re traveling with kids. What a beautiful place to vacation. It’s a bit outside of downtown but oh so quiet. The 23, 32 and 6 buses will take you to and from train station. C3 and C4 buses will get you around down by Duomo. We walked 5-8 miles daily, but that’s what we like to do. Florence is very clean compared to when I went as a kid at 17.

Loved it here! Great area, just outside of the busy part of the city but not to far away from anything! Lovely pool, nice terrace and really lovely and helpful staff! One small thing, the AC was not working due to a seasonal change so the room was boiling - but the staff provided us with a fan when we requested one which was great! Thanks for the great holiday
