A very disappointing experience

Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location.

Rummet i sig var fint och fräscht och personalen trevlig. Det som drar ner betyget är: - Det var en riktigt varm dag och rummet saknade AC och fläkt (alla var redan utlånade) vilket gjorde att att rummet var helt olidligt varmt - Badrummet hade glasdörr, delvis frostad. Dock inte tät så ja, inte idealiskt om man bor två personer i samma rum. Dessutom hade det en skjutdörr som skramlade varje gång man drog i den (vilket väckte den andra vid toabesök under natten) - Frukosten var sisådär, väldigt tråkigt och litet utbud - Det var oerhört stökigt på gatan utanför (nån bar precis runt hörnet) och tystnade först runt 3:30 på morgonen. Detta kan hotellet inte rå för dock
