Amazing resort-hotel with well maintained rooms and very friendly staff. In the middle of the hotel there's a water park with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, slides and also spa facilities, e.g. 2 saunas and a steam bath. The location is also great in the middle of the city with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only thing slightly missing is a proper bar. There are restaurants where drinks can also be ordered, but no dedicated bar to spend cozy evenings.

The hotel is very convenient because it’s only a short walk from the ferry terminal. If you’re arriving from Gothenburg, you basically step off the boat and you’re almost there. The design is another strong point—the lobby and the restaurant look stylish and well thought-out, and the overall atmosphere is colorful and pleasant. The staff were very friendly and nice. However, there are a few things to keep in mind, especially for couples. The hotel attracts a lot of families with children, and the pool area is almost always full of kids. It gets loud, busy, and a bit chaotic, which makes it hard to enjoy the pool area. There’s no adults-only section or quieter space for those who prefer a more relaxing environment, so the noise is unavoidable. Our room was on one of the top floors, and although the slanted roof made it look charming, we couldn’t open the window. Without fresh air, the room felt stuffy, and after a while it became uncomfortable. I would have preferred a lower floor with windows that actually open. Cleanliness was another issue. The toilet bowl had a noticeable yellow tint, the kind that comes from older stains that haven’t been fully removed and would require stronger cleaning agents. Breakfast was supposed to be available until ten, but they started clearing everything away 20 minutes early. Since we had the last time slot, we barely had time to eat before the food disappeared. If breakfast is advertised until ten, it really should stay out until ten.

Suverænt sted. Jeg var afsted med mine to drenge 5år, og 11år. Vi spiste en let aftensmad da vi ankom, og det var det sødeste personale der tog i mod os. I receptionen blev vi taget super godt imod. Vi nød stedet! Lækker badeland, rutsjebaner og spillerum. Morgenmaden var der ikke noget at sætte en finger på, det var så lækkert! Vi skal med garanti afsted igen!

Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. En i resepsjonen virket litt mindre service innstilt enn andre men ellers var det bra. Syns kanskje badet på hotellrommet kunne trengt en oppfriskning da både do og vegger var ekle. Ellers så savnet vi som småbarnsfamilie et mini kjøleskap inne på rommet slik at det var mulig å oppbevare barnemat kjølig… dette var virkelig et minus.
