Hotel lies at quite a noisy through road. Staff was very friendly & polite. However, three major negative aspects A) I found a former guest‘s documents on a shelf => inadequate cleaning B) Time for ordering (sic!) dinner exceeded 20 min due to a lack of staff C) the pool was ice-cold

Ok but expensive

The Hotel was nice in reception, breakfast is good. The corridors are very dated and tired. The rooms are small basic and dated l, but are clean and comfortable. The hotel was expensive and didn’t live up to the cost and also there isn’t much near by in terms of restaurants other than McDonalds but there are 2 supermarkets nearby and there is a restaurant on site but we didn’t try it.

Family friendly

The staff were amazing and very professional. Restaurant and food was well beyond our expectations. The hotel was family and child friendly. The hotel staff always did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our only concern was with the cleaning staff who made us feel discriminated against due to our colour and culture.They chose not to change our beddings (ei pillow cases and covers )for the eight nights we stayed. They cleaned the rooms and left the Children’s bed undone, and bins not emptied even upon request. The hotel receptionists both night/day and the kitchen/ resturant / bar staff were the best anyone would want and we will like to say a Big Thank You to THEM. We will surely stay again when next we visit Copenhagen.

Dejligt pool område men ubrugeligt da vandet var for koldt vores mindste var i ca 2 minutter og den store ca 15 minutter For dårligt at reklamere med indendørs pool og så ikke sørge for at den kan bruges. Morgen maden var fin men restauranten og aften er under al kritik og måtte bagefter skændes om regninger da den unge pige åbenbart ikke kender ordet diference Prisen burde være 760kr regningen lød på 840kr efter ca 20 minutter og deres forgæves opkald til en leder lagdd jeg 800kr og kig så vi kommer ikke igen og skal nok fortælle bredt om historien og den dårlige service

Vælger ikke dette hotel igen, desværre.

Fik at vide baren var lukket i weekenden.. Værelset var vendt mod øst (ved hovedvejen) og man kunne høre bilen natten lang. Det trak fra vinduerne. Tre pærer i lamperne var gået på værelset. Køjesengen var dårlig- selv til børn. De slog sig konstant på hjørnet/boksen i øverste køje.
