The hotel has potential for improvement.

The Bercail Hotel offers a modern ambiance, but there are areas for improvement. The carpet is uncomfortable, bed sheets are rough, and bathrooms are inconvenient for shorter individuals. Breakfast lacks non-dairy options, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were disappointing. Unfriendly staff further detracted from the experience. The hotel has potential for improvement, and I wouldn't stay again.

My feedback is a joined feedback for Expedia and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the Expedia site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to Expedia to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the Expedia extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.

We had a wonderful stay until our last night. Apparently there was a wedding scheduled so the restaurant and bar were closed to us! no mentioned that would take place when we checked in. How can a hotel close it's restaurant and bar to their guess! My daughter and I went next door and bought a pizza when we return MmeTonnel saw us walk in and said you can not eat pizza in your room. so we started to the empty bar and she not in the bar either. This was very early 1700 hours- she pointed out a small table in the empty restaurant. She was very rude! We had traveled to France to visit our family. we stayed in 4 different hotel, no one had been rude until then-

1ér séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu droit à un surclassement suite à notre demande de chambre PMR. 2 places PMR à proximité de l'entrée top ! Chambre PMR (une suite donc) très bien, literie au top. Rapport qualité - prix du petit-déjeuner à revoir si nous faisons une comparaison avec un hôtel de même gamme : peu de choix de fromages ! pain (baguette) qu'il a fallu décongeler puisqu'il était chaud ! Miel d'importation alors qu'il existe des apiculteurs locaux ! Manque de viennoiseries ! Ce qui tranche avec le slogan du restaurant (100% local, 100% maison, 100% français) que nous avons testé !

Magnifique séjour en famille

Magnifique séjour (1 nuit, 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Hôtel très beau, propre et bien décoré. Les suites (pour 4 personnes) sont superbes, spacieuses et propres. Très bonne literie et linge de lit. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bien fourni. Le personnel est agréable et souriant, ça fait plaisir! Je recommande absolument cet hôtel.

Tout était très bien. Il n'y a rien à redire. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses. Le lit confortable et la déco merveilleuse. Il manquait juste un petit café ou thé dans la chambre, le matin pour ceux qui partent avant le petit-déjeuner.

Moderne... Mais pas pratique du tout

Personnel efficace poli et sympathique ! On a pas du tout aimé le prix du petit déjeuner à presque 17 euros ! Ainsi que le style qui se veut moderne, voire super moderne mais pas fonctionnel ni pratique du tout, la douche italienne où l'eau se répend partout, les lampes de chevet avec panneau digital mais qu'on ne voit pas une fois couché ! Cette satané carte qu'il faut avoir pour tout faire, du coup on ne peut pas se séparer dans l'hôtel ! Une hauteur sous plafond de 3 mètres qui donne une impression désagréable. Bref, une structure qui ne nous a pas plu du tout
