Nasty bathroom

When we checked in got to our room went into the bathroom and it was crawling with roaches. I went to the front desk asked for another and was told none available. So i asked for house keeper to clean the bathroom at least and it was not done. If not so late and a no refund policy i was kinda stuck.

⭐ 1 Star Review Unacceptable experience – roaches and poor response from staff My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking in, I discovered roaches in my room. I called the front desk multiple times to report the issue. Their only solution was to move me to another room — which also had roaches (I saw three in total). When I called again to complain, I was told my only options were to move yet again or check out early, with no offer of a refund or even a discount for the inconvenience. The lack of cleanliness and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel until they address their pest problem and improve their customer service.

BUGS IN ROOM

First they tried to put us in a room with 2 queen beds when we booked a king room. Then none of the remotes worked to the tv's in the room. They did get one to work. Then this morning when i got up there were BUGS in the room. I was able to kill one and have a picture and also put it in a plastic bag. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we went to check out there was a person sleeping under a chair on the landing in main lobby to second floor. Even with the person was at the desk right below them. Not a sight you want to see.

Hotel had broken walls with wires hanging out There was roaches crawling in the bathroom The room had a funny scent And on arrival systems were shut down due to weather conditions there was no back up systems for check-in took more than 20 minutes The hotel entrance was not safe all the back doors of the hotel were broken easily for outsiders to get in

Roaches, holes, musty, rundown

Holes in the walls that someone filled with paper. The sink was broken and it looked like someone superglued it together, every time I used the sink water leaked right through it. The bed was hard and the mattress looked like it had blood stains on them. The room smelled really musty and for the finale….. It was roach infested.

Vety run down, filthy inside, my room had roaches, holes in the walls. Stains everywhere, no microwave in the room the air-conditioning was missing knobs couldn't be adjusted the bathroom fan didn't work ait smell in the hallway and rooms.

This hotel was so bad that once we checked in and saw our room we went back out asked for a refund and left. We had our 13 year old daughter and her friend with us and my wife and I could never let them stay here. The property looked like it was used for prostitution, drugs, low income housing, and maybe where homeless people stayed when they had enough money. It appeared unsafe, unclean and not fit to even be open as a hotel.

Do not stay here. The amentities noted are not available at all. No wifi, no dining, no microwave no working locks on the doors. The quality of this place overall is not what you would expect. If not for the event we were here for i would never stay in a place like this. Drug addicts lurking about and i believe some prostitution as well.
