We wanted to visit Billund for the Lego House and Legoland. Presumably that's why hotels charge so much. Hotel is more like a motel with basic facilities and room was ridiculously hot but it was convenient to Legoland and the House so we enjoyed our stay.

Everyone on staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The property was well-kept. It sits near several bus routes, which made getting around easy. Staff made themselves available to answer questions and otherwise help me during my stay. I’d return.

Great photographer, for cheap motel rooms.

The photographer is amazing. The rooms are not. The main entry and restaurant are lovely, the rooms are tired and cramped. The prices tumbled on the day of arrival when I did a Google search.

We had s family visit with three generations and we had three rooms. Great clean hotel, nice quiet location but withing walking distance from Legoland, bus stops and Billund centre. Breakfast was great, kids loved making their own pancakes and black currant juice from the tap was a novelty. Children's playground could have been bigger and we would have loved an outdoor area with seats away from the restaurant. Also a mini fridge would have been handy in the summer heat:) Very happy to recommend this hotel, with or without children

Disappointed in the quality of hotel for the price. Room was dated. the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. Rooms lacked air flow, right on parking lot. Very dated in the room decor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone- so glad we only had to endure he discomfort for 1 night. Very poor value.

The hotel is good located, it served its purpose very well. We also appreciated the good breakfast and the free parking. We enjoyed also dinner in the restaurant. But for a hotel in this price-range (was not cheap) there where some details which could be much better. Personel at reception was not unfriendly but did not greet (several times), and were sometimes in a strange mood. When we arrived, there was no greeting, just a „yes?“. In the restaurant they had problems with the I-Pad, so it took 5 minutes to assign us a table while the restaurant was almost empty. The room was quite warm, no fresh air and no air-condition. It is no a big deal, but many little negative points lead to a bad impression.

Vårt rum 37 tycks ha varit ett ombyggt förråd. Mitt över låg bäddförrådet. Vi hade ingen matta i korrridoren utanför vårt rum som dessutom låg i direkt anslutning med ytterdörren. Sen kväll och tidig morgon ekade människoprat och rullande väskor, som störde nattsömnen.
