Saw and killed bugs in the room every day. I know it's a pet friendly hotel but the bedspread had enough animal hair that if you laid an article of clothing on it it would pick up the hair. The rooms are in need of updating. The room was not serviced the first day. Apparently you have to ask to have fresh towels and the room serviced.

The man who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Our room wasn’t, tho. Our room was musty smelling, and the air conditioner didn’t make it very cool. The beds in our room were almost too small for 2 people, and like laying on a box spring with a thin mattress cover. Luckily we were only there long enough to sleep a few hours.

This is my go to stay when I come to Bristol once a month! Rooms are affordable and the rooms and hotel itself are great for the price. It's a no frills hotel but they do have a fridge and microwave and everything you would need, just don't expect much more than.a room. Also the staff are super nice and friendly

Appalling. 8 star you’ve got to be joking. If you feel it’s ok to charge $350/night USD ($500 AUD)please take a look around at other hotels and what they provide for a far more reasonable price. We are Australians travelling around USA that have stayed in 12 different hotels over the past weeks, in towns that have offered great rooms for a fair price. Obviously an ongoing plumbing issue with our toilet and shower unusable. Yes you may have 24/7 service but for travellers having to deal with your plumbing issue at 3am is not negotiable.not even a smile on check-in. An absolute rip off and embarrassment to the Red Roof brand.

This was an excellent place to spend the night. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Clean, quiet and comfortable. This was the best hotel in my two weeks of travel.

This senior citizen with a bad knee had to lug heavy suitcase up steep flight of stairs. Apparently, no elevator. Perhaps you should have warned me of this when I was booking the stay.
