Worse ever
We scheduled this hotel online. We drove 4 hours to take our grandkids swimming and when we got there the pool was closed. We were later told that the pool had been down for years. In my opinion this is false advertisement. It would be different if something had happened to the pool recently, but they are advertising an indoor pool flat has not been working for years. When we checked in the lady at the front desk was sitting on a couch in the lobby with a man laying in her lap. Awful experience never go here. Grandkids were heartbroken and we could not be refunded.

The poorest hotel I have ever stayed at!
Terrible experience at this hotel. The large hot continental breakfast they advertise is available 6-9 a.m. We went the first morning only to find there was no food out other than yogurt in the fridge and cold cereal with no milk. I asked the and she said we ran out of food. She finally gave us a loaf of bread to make toast, but we were putting our hands in the bag of bread and who knows who else had done that. We had to also ask for milk for the cereal. The orange juice was sour and the worker didn't know how to change it. She has worked there over 2 years. The kitchen door was never locked. Anyone could have gone in there and messed with food at any time. The garbage cans needed to be emptied everywhere throughout the building. My sheets had black stuff all over them when we arrived. We complained and they came to change them. The man brought 2 fitted sheets and no flat sheet and pillowcases so while he was getting those, I helped the lady make the bed. She wanted the second flat sheet on, so it was ready for the next guest!!! no overs over the wires by the dresser. I accidentally put my briefcase and folder in syrup in the dining area thinking the tables had been washed. I asked the sleeping worker for a rag to clean the table. She pointed at the napkins. I asked again for a WET rag. No words spoken from worker. I then said there must be a rag in the kitchen. She then stomped off and broght a dry rag then instructed me to use the hot water on the coffee machine

Poor booking
I did not get to stay there. I never checked in and got charged full price. The dates on my booking were incorrect. I didn't get a refund or get comped a room. Everytime i tried to get a hold.of hotels.com customer service, the website says that something happened on their end. The hotel wouldn't do anything for me. I am very disappointed in the app and the hotel.

Get what ya pay for…
Maintenance is an issue. The entrance door was very difficult to open due to dragging on the floor. Tub and shower valves needs to be reworked. Staff was friendly and helpful, but facility need help.

Went to get my son for the weekend from Thunderbird and As soon as we walked in it was like a sauna! We got to our room and realized our TV wasn't working. Called downstairs and she came to look at it and couldn't seem to fix it so she sent a maintenance man to fix the problem and he immediately told us that the cable was cut in that room and he would have her send us to a different room. She brought new keys to us and when I walked in the room I honestly thought it was occupied. Turns out it was a room that had not been cleaned yet. So again I call and she brings a key card for a different room! Finally we were able to just settle in a room! Half clean, dead June bugs in the bathroom. Pool was nothing but dust. Never again! 0 out of 10

We travel for work all the time. This was the worst experience i have ever dealt with :( we checked in at around 5:30 pm and the AC was Off! So we turned AC on and went to ride around until we could tolerate the temperature (an hour) we got back and it was still about 85 degrees. There was roaches in room on walls & i noticed them in the elevator..So we spoke to front desk and they said they had no other rooms available. Oh, and the Pool was completely drained. They do not plan on fixing it either. And after all this it was about 7pm they said they couldn't refund us because we had already gone into the room that cost us $95. Just remember they frint desk will lie to keep the money. We were ripped off! We left when he said he couldn't help us. We left their motel around 7pm

This place was disgusting! There were dead bugs smashed on the walls on like 6 different places, some bed bugs, some other bugs. Live bed bugs on the mattresses, hair on sheets and in tub. Crap on the wall in the bathroom.The floors and base boards were disgustingly dirty.

Lady checking us in would not let us check in, saying we weren't over 21 even though we showed I.D... we ended up checking in but took 20 minutes of back and forth because she couldn't understand how to read the ID. This is the first time this has happened an we frequent this hotel often.

Don't stay here!
I would NOT recommend staying at Quality Inn in Pryor, Oklahoma. It is dirty! I came in and was somewhat greeted by a guy who says he does maintenance and works the front. At firat the hotel smelled nice at least on the 1st floor. When getting to the 3rd floor I was hit with cigarette and marijuana smoke. I found the door to my room hadn't latched closed. I opened the room with caution. It was so gross! The carpeting was stained. Stains on the bedding and I found dried blood on the top quilt. I found the mattress was in an encasement, so I was happy to see that. I found hair on the matrress topper that they have for added comfort. The pillows were small squares, not the standard size you normally see in a hotel. There were stains on the curtains. The A/C and heater also had stains. Batteries were dead in the remote for the TV and absolutely no USBs in order to charge cellphone or other devices. I was scheduled to stay 4 nights and stayed one. When I went to talk with someone the next morning I found the manager sleeping in his office. He didn't apologize for my experience and I was charged for early check out.
