Very nice and modern hotel

Clean, well priced and comfortable accommodations. The staff at check in were extremely helpful. 5 stars for them. I somehow mistook the location when I booked this hotel - my issue not their’s. Wish it was not in the other side of Busan from Haeundae. Fortunately taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The pool was never open nor was the lobby bar. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet/restaurant. Would stay again in I needed this location.

신라스테이 서부산의 직원들은 매우 정중하고 센스가 있습니다. 호텔은 지어진지 오래 되지 않아서 라운지부터 객실에 이르기까지 다른 신라이스테이 브랜치보다 쾌적하고 아늑합니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 청결하게 유지되어서 조용하고 편안하게 숙면할 수 있었습니다. 14층 객실의 바다뷰 아침 전경은 맑은날 특히 매우 멀리까지 시원하게 펼쳐져 있어서 기분이 좋아지네요. 호텔의 피트니스는 라이프피트니스 브랜드 머신들로 구성되어있고, 웨이트 트레이닝을 즐기기에 부족함이 없습니다. 아침 조식당의 조식 부페는 샐러드 코너의 구성이 매우 좋은것 같습니다. 특히 오더하면 준비해주시는 오믈렛을 추천합니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 경험이었고, 부산에 오게 되면, 너무 복잡한 해운대보다는, 신라스테이 서부산이 상당히 합리적인 선택일것같고, 다시 이용하고싶네요.

부산 출장이 있어 3박4일간 머물렀습니다. 전체적으로 가격/위치/서비스 고려 시 최고였습니다. 1. 평일 비수기이긴 하지만 4성급에 조식 포함했을 때 주변 숙박업소 비교시 이정도 가격이면 최고입니다. 2. 주차자리 넉넉합니다. 3. 조식도 나름 구성이 풍부하고 간단하게 먹기에 좋습니다. 오믈렛맛있습니다. 4. 출장차 숙박하여 숙소에 머무르는 시간이 짧았지만 직원분들의 응대 서비스 최고입니다. 5. 청결도는 4성급에 걸맞는 수준으로 깨끗했습니다. 6. 뷰도 오션뷰라 노을이 이뻤습니다. 로비에 곰돌이가 있는데 출장중이라 곰돌이랑 못찍었는데 다음번에는 가족들과 함께와서 곰돌이와 찍고싶네요.

기본을 갖춘 깔끔한 숙박시설이었습니다. 깔끔한 객실과 청소가 잘 된 분위기가 무엇보다 마음에 들었고, 프론트에 계신 분들이나 식당 정리하시는 분들도 친절하셨어요. 종류가 적지만 알찼던 조식도 좋았어요. 관광지분위기보다 조용히 머물고 싶던 터였는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
