Great experience, only notable issues were the out of order elevator, which was not working for our entire stay of two nights, as well as the laundry machine being out of order for the same amount of time. Otherwise very clean, safe, everyone was friendly and kind, and generally a very good stay!

This was the first time we ventured to take my son in his wheelchair on vacation. The size of the room was easy for him to get around and all of the accommodations in the room and around the facilities were open enough that we could navigate with him with ease. This isn't common everywhere so we appreciate when others look our for a family like us.

The night manager, Tim, was incredibly thoughtful. We checked in late and he heard us say that we hadn’t been able to grab dinner so he brought us some snacks so we could eat a little before bed. Tremendous customer service!

This place is great. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the workout room, and the bedroom. Breakfast was good. The eggs could have been better, but they had good bacon, breakfast croissant sandwiches, oatmeal and waffles. The bed was comfortable, but the couch was subpar. When we sat on it we sunk in. The elevator was cringe - on the third floor it said only three people can be on the elevator, but the sign was not posted anywhere else. We feared at times if we would make it to the designated floor. Overall, it is a great place and we will stay again.
