It was close to where family was staying. The property is poorly kept. Needs renovating. The door in our bathroom couldn’t shut close , the toilet was cracked and worst of all the sheets of one of the beds was Not clean, It had what looked like body hair. Overall I would never pick this place to stay again.

Wonderful staff, but mixed experience

We loved the staff; they were very helpful, kind, and professional. We upgraded to 2 queen beds, but didn’t get that, which was problematic for sleeping arrangements. We didn’t bother with telling them because the pool was only open for another 30 minutes and that was the kids’ #1 priority (and why we chose this hotel). The bathroom door was rotting and warped. The TV, shower, lights, toilet, AC, and more worked just fine. The room was small, but functional. The cleaning crew was very pleasant. The pool was small, but clean, fun, was not crowded, and had plenty of seating.

You get what you pay for. At least the linens were clean. The bathroom sink had stuff stuck in the drain - gross! TV reception was terrible. Cracks in the ceiling, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, and the locks on the windows did not work. Not a great experience.

Comfortable bed for a budget hotel

In Hyannis for a fishing trip. I arrived late and the hotel called me to confirm that I was coming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is more like a motel. Looks like some off season work has been done, including patching and painting. There was a lot of dust on high surfaces and walls from the off season work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. There’s a fridge and microwave in the room. There’s is plenty of parking and restaurants close by. The hotel gave us a late check out so we refreshed after fishing. I will definitely stay again in the future. Stayed May 2025.

This hotel was OK. Nothing really good or really bad about it. Our air conditioning stopped working. (It was unplugged when we arrived at the room.) We were told that it stopped working because it froze up, as it was not set in the auto mode. We were unaware that it needed to be set in auto mode. The property manager seemed to be upset with us because the AC had frozen. There were no instructions on the AC unit. We were moved to a different room with an operating AC unit.

The front desk staff was very friendly but the housekeeping was terrible.. specifically asked for the room to be cleaned and when we returned the bed was made with the same sheets and the comforter was on the floor..

I would definitely stay here again. It was affordable with a pleasant, friendly and professional staff. My only complaint really is they have a no visitors policy. While i understand why they have this in place (deterring criminal activity) it may be problematic on future visits if we meet up with friends in the area. Hopefully it is a case by case basis thing.
