Very good service, old hotel under remodelación.

The front desk is very profesional! The room looks as photos, but the towels and sheets and pillows are very used and old. (They look dirty but are clean) it is necessary they changue the kind of laundry detergente because the odor is awful. The furniture in the entrance are tore, old and dirty. The ceilings and carpets in the hallway looks very old. But happily the hotel is under remodelación, I really wish they will improve the building because the service is very good.

En general, la estancia estuvo bien. El desayuno incluido no es nada espectacular, pero cumple su función: es básico, no sabe mal y alcanza para salir satisfecho del hotel. Tuvimos un problema con un insecto (un cucaracho mediano) en la habitación. Lo reportamos de inmediato, pero al comentarlo nos dieron solución rápida y efectiva usando la garantía, además de cambiarnos de cuarto, lo cual se agradece. El personal no es el más amable que hemos visto, pero tampoco son groseros. Más bien da la impresión de que no están muy motivados en su trabajo, no se muestran atentos ni accesibles. Solo cuando mencionamos el problema con el insecto fueron más receptivos. Un chico en recepción se notaba especialmente desinteresado y poco amable, lo que bajó un poco la experiencia. Por lo demás, el gimnasio está bien equipado, aunque el clima no funciona al 100%. La alberca climatizada está muy cómoda y en buen estado. En resumen, un lugar funcional, con áreas buenas y detalles a mejorar, pero que cumple para una estancia sin mayores complicaciones.

The problem is the bathroom: no hand soap, not available in a dispenser neither a bar, you need to take it from the dispenser inside the shower. The other fail: the faucet, is too small or wrong placed: you ended up or spilling around the water or hitting the nuckles against the sink.

BASURA ABAJO DE LA CAMA. El hotel cumple lo básico, por el precio hay mejores opciones. Poco personal, no hay ayuda para subir maletas, el desayuno es poco variado, el aire acondicionado es muy viejo y ruidoso. El personal si es amable. Moví una cama y encontré restos de alimentos (semillas masticadas)
