Todos os funcionários forma extremamente atenciosos e educados. A comida estava muito boa. A limpeza do quarto estava excelente mas a limpeza da piscina estava horrível. Além da água suja, o entorno estava muito sujo. Falo da piscina coberta, psique quando fomos estava frio e chovendo e não usamos as piscinas externas. Como é permitido comer e beber na piscina, fica muito sujo.

Nos frustramos com a falta de serviço de bebidas em mais locais do resort, sendo de amplo espaço fisico deveria ter mais locais de distribuição. Inclusive nas vilas poderia ser disponível mais opções de bebeidas. Un resort que tiene mucho para ofrecer

Hermoso resort con un entorno soñado. Gran playa de arena blanca, olas, espacio para jugar al voley, al tenis de playa etc. Las trilhas para hacer trekking fabulosas. Las eco trilhas en el complejo. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien también. El único punto flojo a destacar es que no hay un espacio interior cómodo donde ofrezcan actividades si se tiene la mala suerte de tener varios dias de lluvia.. como efectivamente ocurrió. Apenas pequeños asientos junto al pasillo... Una pena... en cuanto al personal del hotel todo impecable. Destaco el gran trabajo de los profes que están con los adolescentes. Los mantienen ocupados y divertidos. La señora Vera en el spa con su magnifica atención y Daiana en el aula de pilates. En el restaurant japonés se come muy bien. Comida y bebida no decepciono. Los mozos preocupados por atender bien al visitante. Riquisimos los panes de Edinho. Y los shows del teatro fueron excelentes. De los mejores que he visto en un resort no solo por los bailarines (que eran fantásticos) sino también por los vestuarios, las coreos, la decoración del lugar donde nos recibían con un cockail después del show etc. Recomiendo especialmente "Rock legends". Finalmente mi hijo uso el campo de futbol y me comento que estaba muy bien mantenido con el césped muy cuidado...

Estadia confortavel, hotel esta em manuteção no SPORT GAMES, não podendo utiliza-la, bares no domingo estão abrindo tarde, o da piscina principal abre as 09:0, mas atrasou abrir, funcionarios que atendem nos bares náo tem pressa para atender, indiferente da fila que aguarda! bar da piscina internacional abriu 10:00 formandio fila na principal. Almoco normal, jantar no muito bom nos restaurentes com reservca, o do SUSHI não era bom, não aconselho!

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. No highchairs with security, no elevator in the building we had to sleep (3 floors by stairs), smoking allowed in pool area.. and general attendance was not good, most of hotel team does not speak nor english nor spanish...

O resort como um todo estava ok! Acomodação ótima, ficamos na vila 3, próxima de tudo! Apartamento muito limpo e cheiroso. O que deixou muito a desejar foi a alimentação, sem variedade e com inúmeras repetições ( a mesma coisa do almoço era no jantar na maioria das vezes, assim como as sobremesas). Ja fui outras vezes com a minha família ao resort e dessa forma não voltaremos, em relação a alimentação não foi algo legal como das ultimas vezes!

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Decepção com o quarto extremamente velho

O quarto em que ficamos hospedados era extremamente velho: a mobilia muito antiga, as paredes descascadas, o banheiro com azulejo quebrado. Achamos um absurdo ficar hospedados em quarto de nível de pousada velha pelo preço de um resort de qualidade. O quarto deveria ser interditado para a realização de uma reforma. Com relação às áreas comuns do hotel, embora estejam em boas condições, são velhas quando comparadas com os demais resorts de categoria. O hotel, em geral, precisa passar por uma atualização para justificar o valor cobrado na diária.

Estivemos hospedados, casal e dois filhos, durante o feriado de corpus christi. Por conta do feriadão o hotel estava lotado. Por conta disso ocorreu muito tumulto durante I café da manhã e almoço. Era constante a falta de louças e talheres, e o número de atendentes era insuficiente para atender a todos. As instalações sempre bem limpas. Muita coisa precisa ser renovada. A programação musical neste feriado, rock weekend, estava excelente.

O resort é maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Mesmo com o clima chuvoso e frio, havia agenda com diversas atividades de entretenimento na área social coberta. Sem chuva as opções aumentam. Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da agua em nosso quarto no dia da chegada e no dia do checkout. Apesar do transtorno, em ambas as ocasiões o problema foi solucionado. Destaque especial para a equipe de recreação infantil e para as apresentações noturnas no teatro. A Companhia de dança que se apresenta é incrivelmente competente.
