I just want to start off by saying not the worst place in the world but wouldn’t recommend to anyone, breakfast was an absolute mess, never have I seen such a dirty appliances. Didn’t have the courage to even eat there. There was no hand soup or bar of any kind. The beds are the most uncomfortable things ever. And lastly the “garden” not so cute in person, and it was bad enough for me to leave a review when I have never had to before.

The property was clean and quiet. They offered a breakfast from 8 to 10, which is a nice offering, however, the first day a little after the 8 o’clock hour, nothing was set up but juice. The second day juices, coffee, breads and boiled eggs were set out. I just kind of expected more. Also, the first day my bed was made, but housekeeping failed to make it. Just little things that make a difference to me in my stay.

Nice hotel. Breakfast starts and ends early so make sure if you want to grab a bite, head down before 10. Clean, convenient, parking is a nightmare but that’s status quo for Miami. Would visit again.

Liked: Proximity to the Beach, restaurants and shopping was good. Disliked: Parking, check-in (poor customer service), breakfast (very limited selection and poor customer service) and room tv only offered streaming services, no cable tv or local channels. Could not watch any Olympic broadcasts.

I arrived in the afternoon and got charged an early check in fee despite the room being made up and sitting there empty (so just a blatant money grab) plus was then tagged an Expedia service fee so in the end the room rate wasn't so great. No towels in the room once I got there & the bath / shower when I used it leaked so much you have to the cover the floor in towels (once you get them) to soak up all the water. Just a crazy set up for the sink & bath tub.

This property is standing on a bare bone. pros- big rooms and friendly house keeping staff who helped. cons: rusty coffee, not even a real cream, no beach towel was ever available upon request, no-one at the checkout counter while exiting. hidden charges of $85 for Expedia reservation and early check in of $25.

Cheap place, poor service

In general the place was poorly serviced. They are under staffed and need better management. It's loud, car horns until 3 am each night can be heard clearly through the single pane glass. No safe in my room as promised. No batteries in the TV remote, no way I'm booking this place again. Hit up the CVS a block away if you take a chance here, you'll need things like paper towels and soap since they skimp on it all.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. However my mother’s flights had delays and so she wouldn’t be able to check in until the following day. We told the staff this. Told them we still wanted the room and would need it and we would pay for the empty room until she arrived. When she did arrive the next day we learned they rented out that room to another family.. so we paid two nights for a room that they ended up renting to another family essentially seeking 2 payments for the same room. Also there was NO air conditioning in any of the rooms. The hallways and front desk had full AC but the rooms were incredibly hot and sticky. The only good thing about this property is Terry who works at the front desk. He tried his hardest to help us in every way possible and made light of a lot of awful situations. Thank you for the laughs, Terry!

Staff was unfriendly, no coffee tea arrangements in the room. Breakfast is served from 8:30an. We couldn’t have breakfast as our flight was 9am and we had to leave at 7:30am. Breakfast should be started earlier for people who have to catch flights. Low amenities in the room. Few towels, very tiny soap and no shampoo or conditioner. Pictures on expedia are misleading. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Staff was not friendly, their “Included” breakfast is literally just toast. You couldn’t get beach towels until 3pm cause they didn’t have enough until they got washed. The chairs on the beach are rusty, heavy chairs that you have to carry to the beach and that’s with an up charge.
