Only suggestion would be to have an elevator, so travelers won't need to carry luggage up and down the stairs to their respective rooms. I called before I reserved hotels.com my reservation had a double queen bed with a pullout sofa, the room is for 4 ppl. When we got there the young man at the front desk was rude and nasty, and told us that room type is no longer available. He cancelled my reservation, It was 11 pm, I was left 4 hours outside calling multiple times hotels.com after they repeatedly disconnected me! Finally at 3 am My mom that was traveling with us is disabled and needed . we ended up driving to a local hotel and taking two rooms and costed us a big buck for only a few hours left to sleep. I've been a GREAT client of hotels.com, after this horrific experience I will think twice before I book again with you
