The butlers assigned were very attentive to every request that I had, and ensured that I didn’t need anything else. My room (The Ruby Suite) was absolutely perfect! The view of the Caribbean Sea was THE ABSOLUTE BEST…especially from the whirlpool tub!!! The pool area was really amazing with great views of the beach. The staff at the hotel was pretty decent overall. And the food was pretty decent as well.
