This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

The room was in pretty bad shape (peeling floors, old peeling bath tub). It obviously hadn’t been renovated in a long while. Under the bed was full of dust bunnies

The rooms were clean and the staff on reception were friendly and attentive. The bar staff were rude and demanding and the food in the restaurant was poor. It is buffet style and I'm sure it would be nice if it were warm, but a lot of it was cold from being out too long without proper heat.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est agréable, le personnel accueillant. Il est très bien situé pour profité de la ville à pieds. Il y a un bel espace détente avec piscine, jacuzzi, sauna et salle de sport. Pour plus de tranquillité, ne pas hésiter à demander une place de parking mais il y a possibilité de descendre ses bagages puis d'aller se garer sur un parking public à proximité.

Hotel muy bien ubicado (a unos 200m de la peatonal que lleva al ícono de la ciudad). Habitación muy amplia, prolija y con muy buena vista. Baño muy cómodo. Excelente desayuno. Muy buena atención de su personal. Posee estacionamiento. Realmente fue una pena no haber podido quedarme más de una noche.

Habitación amplia y cerca del centro de Andorra. No me gustó que hay dos ascensores y para ir al parking o a la piscina habia que cambiar y cruzar la zona de recepción. Desde la habitación se escuchaba el pasillo y si movian cosas en la planta de arriba.

Parking extremadamente estrecho, claustrofóbico. Pelos en la bañera, la temperatura del agua pasaba de frío a calor automáticamente, personal en la recepción desagradable. Si la hora de cena es hasta las 22:30 por qué no hay platos a las 22:00 y no reponen la comida que se ha acabado? Tuvimos que pedir que nos sacarán platos y lo hicieron de mala manera. Una experiencia muy desagradable, no volveremos a repetir el mismo hotel. No se dónde están las 4 estrellas.

Parking in the garage can be a challenge due to very varying sizes of the parking lots - it's quite narrow manuevering as well. Nice staff. Somewhat hard to get a good overview of the breakfast - there are many different serving stations. When making the reservation at Hotels.com we thought we were staying in a completely different hotel as the booking site showed pictures from another hotel in Andorra...

Meget slidt og ucharmerende hotel! Møblerne havde tydelig slidtage, der var små sorte dyr på badeværelset og væggene var nøgne og skallede. Poolen havde så meget klor i at man ikke kunne se fødderne. Der var ikke et billede som passede til realitet !
