Best Little Hidden Gem - Family Owned!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you're into more of a home-like, cozy feel, this place is it. I was going to be staying for 6 days, so got one with a full little kitchen. The furniture is not cookie cutter, more traditional B&B style. The staff (all family) are super friendly and down to earth. It's quiet, even for being close to a highway. Really close to Garden of the God's, Manitou, and easy to get to anything in the Springs. It's definitely my go-to , now, any time I visit Colorado Springs. Oh! And they're pet friendly!

I'd pick this place again!

Stayed 4 nights on a holiday weekend. Convenience was the big plus, convenient to Manitou Springs-Hwy 24. Lots of eating choices in the immediate area, from local cafe's to fast-food chains, for all three meals. Encountered some minor problems, but staff & mangement was always friendly and responsive. Being a trip with my grandkids, the pool was a welcome feature for my group.

We stayed 2 nights. The service and people were friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and restocked when we returned from Pike’s Peak on the second day. We arrived the evening of 7/4 and they told us where the locals went for fireworks. It was amazing. Super convenient to Manitau Springs and Old Town.
