The hotel, close to everything, we arrived by train, only 10 min walk from train station. We left by boat, only 10 min walk to the boat terminal. Modern good maintained rooms in a somwhat boring looking cement building (former office building ?) Used it only for sleeping. Would do it again.

Rummet var ok . Hotellet var under renovering så man såg inte så mycket ut. Vi hade inte frukost så det vet jag inte hur den var. Parkering på hotellets gård gör 8€ är ok. Nära till affärer och restauranger.

Das Zimmer war ok, allerdings recht laut. War aber zu erwarten. Beim Service/Check in kann man Glück haben und einen freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeiter erwischen … oder halt weder noch. Wir hatten beides. Der Automaten Check in hat sich wieder mal als nicht stabil herausgestellt. Wir versuchen demnächst eine andere Hotelkette

Helt ok. Ble fortalt av resepsjonen at frokosten var til 10:30. Ble kastet ut av frokosten 10:00, da ryddepersonalet sa at vi måtte gå. Veldig kjedelig at vi fikk så lite tid og at vi ble fortalt feil tid. Veldig dyr frokost for veldig lite utvalg!

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, Hotel sehr gut gelegen. Leider war mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, da ist es besser das Fenster geschlossen zu lassen. Auch der Service und due Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter sind hervorragend. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts, ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Katastrofe

Vi valgte hotellet da vi tidligere havde anvendt B og B i et andet land, og var glad for check ind der er elektronisk. Vi vidste at vi ville ankomme sent og ønskede ikke at være begrænset af åbningstider i receptionen. Vi havde læst at der var parkering på hotellet, dog mod betaling. Det var også en af årsagerne til vores valg. Vi ankom kl. 00:10. Vi kunne ikke komme ind på parkeringspladsen, da der er en bom. Man skulle have en kode og den kan man så kun få i receptionens åbningstid. Vi forsøger at checke ind på skærmen. Vi har tastet navn og reservationsnummer, men så "fryser" skærmen i 30 minutter. Vi forsøger at ringe til nødsituationstelefonnummer der er oplyst på stedet, men røret bliver bare lagt på. Vi slår et andet nummer op på deres hjemmeside, men det er en telefonsvarer. Vi forbereder os på at skulle sove i bilen med vores 2 børn på 11 år. Vi kan ikke engang booke et nyt værelse, for skærmen er jo frosset i et "tænke billede". Pludselig virker den igen. Vi forsøger at checke ind. Går i fejl igen, men kommet rimeligt hurtigt tilbage til startskærmen. Vi forsøger igen, og her går det igennem og vi får koden til at komme ind og vores værelsesnummer. Vi bliver nød til at parkere på parkeringspladsen til et andet hotel, der heldigvis havde en plads tilbage, dog til 24€. Værelset var egentlig ok, men foran badeværelset var der en stor klam plet der lignede at en havde kastet op eller lignende.
