Great location within walking distance of Little Italy, the harbor and ferry to Coronado Island and Gaslamp Quarter. Easy access to trolley and freeway to our sporting events and family visits.

The room was nice, staff was very friendly and dis well during a very busy check in. There was a school group (cross countey runners) there which was fine, just made the smaller breakfast area crowded. They need a better flow in this area.

Great location, easy access to lots of fun stuff and next to the event we went to for our stay. Only issue is one elevator is still out of order and it takes a VERY long time to catch it due to the number of people leaving at the same time at check out.

Great stay

Our 5 night stay was the best . Hotel is central to the trolley,little ltaly,also the marina. Plenty of food options to eat. The hotel has a great breakfast spread in the morning included with stay. Reception was very helpful with whatever we needed . Cannot fault anything ,would differently stay again thank you

The location is amazing! The parking is expensive we paid for a parking garage in close walking distance through a third party app. The elevators took a bit since one was down, but it was fine. Free breakfast was average, there were hot options which was nice. This is a place you stay for location for sure!!

Family Friendly Stay

Upon arrival, the deak clerk was friendly and accommodating. She shared lots of info about hotel stay and amenities. The room was clean, stocked and temperature was comfortable. One bed was more comfortable than the other. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. The kids loved the waffles. The pool temperature was comfortable and didn't sting the kids' eyes. Loved the fact we were walking distance to the harbor and a playground. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was because of the renovation on one of the elevators and one of the beds was too firm.

Sucks place to stay

Horrible place to stay, parking sucks and their floor carpet opens up its like a rug that they just put it together. Not staying here again.

We enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. The hotel is in downtown SD so there was a lot to do within walking distance. The property was clean and had breakfast,gym, and pool. Elevators were under construction at the time of our stay better than than that it was perfect for us.
