Great hotel

Great welcome, very helpful. Room was immaculate, not the largest but everything was new, or nearly so and worked well. The breakfast was good and plentiful, with all you would want and expect. It's a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, or 20 minutes from the rail station.

Parcheggio a pagamento in un silos al costo di €22/giorno, parcheggio gratuito distante dall’hotel in un negozio di bricolage OBI. Hotel si trova in una zona industriale molto distante dal centro. Colazione minimale e dozzinale. Hotel molto sterile, senza troppi fronzoli e con personale molto giovane in reception che non da supporto. Mi è sembrato un ostello.

Es war leider ein absolutes Desaster. Das Hotel ist super hellhörig, direkt in der ersten Nacht habe ich bereits eine Beschwerde geben müssen. Die Zimmer Nachbarn waren super laut& selbst nachdem wir gesprochen haben& sie sich Mühe gegeben haben leise zu sein, hat man alles gehört ( zu dünne Wände). Nach dem ersten Tag, wo leider Nix in der Umgebung offen hatte, habe ich Frühstück dazu gebucht. 12,50€ für ausback Brötchen, keine Croissants und abgelaufener Joghurt. Höhepunkt war meine Abreise, die dame teilte in einem patzigen Ton mit, auschecken gäbe es hier nicht. Nachdem ich vollkommen geschockt von Frühstück, Personal und den Haaren in der Dusche war( die im übrigen auch nicht sauber war), stellte ich fest, dass ich meine Apple Kopfhörer liegen lassen habe. Ich habe also angerufen gegen 12:00 Uhr, die unsympathische Dame wollte sich melden, wenn sie mit dem Personal gesprochen hat. Es ist 18:30 Uhr inzwischen, ohne Info. Nehmt die Apple Kopfhörer als Trinkgeld, mich seht ihr nicht wieder.
