There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area. Seemed like the lady was in a hurry to leave.

El lugar está bien aunque es en la calle principal y pasan muchos autos quizá con un doble vidrio se arreglaría ese problema y bueno hay algunas circunstancias que que hay que resaltar por ejemplo que las lámparas no tienen contactos hay que desconectar y conectar cada vez que se quieren usar hay ciertos polines que no son muy cómodos y había plantas ya muertas que no no tenía nada que hacer ahí en macetas en general bien le recomendaría el lugar por supuesto cómo están

El lugar está excelente, es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí y seguro habrá más. El único detalle es que la puerta del baño no cerraba, pero no fue un impedimento para disfrutar de la estancia.
