Very friendly and accommodating staff. Baby crib was provided; it was clean and sturdy. Food at the onsite restaurant was very good. The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was very clean, but the A/C did not seem to get cold enough. Also, the bed/pillows were 5/10 for comfort. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was excellent, but to put a but, the bubble pool wasn't working. Service is excellent. The only issue was, at the sauna there were no rules, and we found a bare German couple at 9pm sitting without towel, spreading germs where others would lay after... Can you put some written rules outside to avoid this? It would be good to have cleanliness ruled
