I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat: price, comfort and location were all ++. Very good dining and grocery options a short stroll away as is public transportation. Bonus: Free self serve laundry washer and drier in the hall.

The building is beautiful, check in very easy, room was clean, modern and had everything I needed. Comfortable bed too! Very quiet. Bus stop right outside or 20 mins walk to the centre with a convenience store just a couple of minutes away. Felt like really good value too. Definitely recommend. Great place - but wifi is terrible /

This is the 2nd time at Frogner and although it ticks most the boxes - one aspect has failed on both occasions and that's the wifi - both times , different rooms , using different connections as there are 2 , it is super bad , cannot have any meetings online , unfortunately because of this reason I will not be able to stay here agin - given it a 2nd chance and same issue - which tells me that it will not be sorted out next time either.

Greay stay but poor key recovery costumer exp.

Great stay but the key recovery process is disappointing, we had to queue and several customers had to call the support centre to get their keys. The email sent before checking in contains too much irrelevant information and should be sharper with room number, code, wifi password and support number, this is it. The neighbour is fantastic and the house is well kept, clean and modern.

Very nice place. Bus stop right outside and grocery store down the street. Communication was not the best plus it said laundry on site but there wasn't any and nobody returned my message when I messaged them about it. Plus it said there was a bar/ restaurant open down stairs in the site but there was nothing iof the sort. nice room but definitely disappointed with the things listed and no communication

Acomodação em Oslo

Apartamento bem localizado, amplo, confortável, com geladeira, fogão e microondas. O sistema de check inn automático apesar de provocar um certa desconfiança, funcionou muito bem. Um único porém ainda que menor e que o box de banho eh muito apertado. No restante uma excelente acomodação próximo de transporte público e também das maiores atrações. Existem vários supermercados nas proximidades. Do aeroporto até o apartamento toma-se 40 minutos.

Poor costumer service

Check in automat did not work, hence never got a keycard. Hence never able to turn on anything else than night stand lamp. Something was wrong with the waterguard, kept beeping once per hour trough the night. Issues with hot water it the shower. Called them several times. No refund or discount. Place in it self is very nice and I’ve stayed there several times due to work. This time I did the booking trough hotels as the price showing in Concour was insane.
