The shower was gross and had a lot of black mold on the shower curtain and on the tile. One of the beds for the kids was on the floor. Maybe the legs broke. That bed was also broken so that something hard was in my daughters back

Unable to sleep because of noise

The room was right upstairs from a noisy party, at times music was loud enough that a metal table in the room was vibrating. Was unable to sleep from the noise, no chan ce to complain as the reception was closed. I highly advice not to book a room here, probably especially on weekends, probably the worst experience I ever had staying at any hotel, it was really tough getting through the following workday with no sleep.

Fint sted, men ingen dekning/internett

Fint opphold og fint hotell. Ser fint ut fra fasaden og er også fint innvending. Det er derimot nesten ingen telefon dekning (og da heller ikke 4G/5G) og deres internett er ikke fungerende. Det er smart tv med mange kanaler og mulighet for å styre fra telefonen. Men TV-en kobles ut til enhver tid grunnet manglende dekning og internett. Så det fungerte dårlig. Det er litt bråk utenfor, som blir forsterket med at det er lagt stein på parkeringsplassen. Også litt kjedelig å bli glodd inn på av de som står parkert utenfor. Da man er i 1 etasje og er fullt innsyn, så gardiner må trekkes for til enhver tid. Frokosten var fin og greit utvalg. Men begynte å tynnes ut av ting og drikke allerede kl. 08:00. Men helt ok for en natt, hvis man kan unnvære telefon dekning og internett.

Nice a beautiful facility with very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Only very minute small issues - Note: for people not well mobile, the rooms in the "slottet" have steep stairs.

Fjernsynet virkede ikke, eller osse er jeg for dum til at bruge det. Ingen brugsanvisning til at bruge det, så jeg faldt i søvn mens jeg kiggede i væggen - total old school. Værelset var meget varmt, på trods af kølig udetemperatur på cirka 15-17 grader. En tyndere mulighed for nattedækken havde jeg takket mange tak til. Jeg er 180cm men for korte ben til Tordenstolen. Så bentøjet begyndte at simre, inden morgenvasen og morgen nyhederne (på tlf pga tv situation) var fuldstændigt gjort. Jeg kunne godt have brugt en Skideskammel for bedre vejgreb. Morgenmaden så rigtig god ud. Jeg hakkede lidt skrammelæg og bacone i mig. God kaffe.

Når der nu er tvungen betaling af morgenmad og vi har informeret om at min kone hverken tåler laktose eller gluten er det dårligt at der hverken er brød, ost eller yoghurt hun kan spise.

Ein Hotel was meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet!!! Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein Hotel wo man sich wohl fühlen kann!!
