Great staff for the most part, even though there was an English to Turkish language barrier they were very accommodating and helpful. Overall beyond this the building is clearly old and needs some repairs and maintenance but otherwise for its price and the size of the rooms, not a bad buy if you are on a budget would use again.

I am disabled. Me and my caregiver booked the jacuzzi room. The towels in the room were dirty and full of holes, the kettle was broken, the wifi did not work and the showerhead snapped and almost hurt me. I was having a health crisis and needed rest but they wouldn't let my brother come with me to our room without charging us $800 for half an hour so I could rest. I begged them and told them I was about to pass out and they dismissed me and I fainted and hit my head to the reception counter. That is when we learned, unlike advertised, they had no one on staff that could communicate in English. My caregiver does not speak Turkish and they kept offering me things that could cause serious damage while I was barely conscious. Later, we went to complain and they still didn't have anyone who could speak English and tried to make me translate in my very poor condition. When my caregiver got upset with their disrespect, they told us to shut up and go to our room and threatened us with calling the cops. We called the help line and no one could speak English and we were continously denied contact with management.

Jakuzili odalarda buzdolabı veya şarap dolabı yok içeceklerinizi ve yiyeceklerinizi soğuk tutamıyorsunuz. Ayırca çift kişilik yataklarda tek kişilik battaniye var ekstra isteseniz bile tek kişilik bir battaniye daha geliyor. Odaların ses yalıtımı yeterli değil yan odalarda sürekli ses geliyor bundan dolayı uyumanız ve dinlenmeniz imkansız.

Odamız fotolarda göründüğü gibiydi. Giriş ve çıkış gayet hızlıydı. Otopark’ı olması bulunduğu konum itibariyle avantajlı. Otel’in ses izolasyonu yok denecek kadar az. Aynı katta ya da üst katta konuşanları ya da aşk yapanları odanızda dinlemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ayrıca bizim odamızda yoğun sigara kokusu vardı, içmeyen birisi olarak konforu düşürdü. İstanbul’da uygun fiyata sadece uyumak, jakuzide keyif yapmak isterseniz gayet uygun bir seçim olabilir.

Odada mini buzdolabı olması lazımken buzdolabı yoktu. Resepsiyona sorduğumda odalarda mini buzdolabı olmadığını söyledi. Sıcak havada içeceklerimizi nasıl soğuk bir şekilde muhafaza edeceğiz diye sordum. Kendisi de “İsterseniz bize verin buradaki dolaba koyalım içeceklerinizi.” dedi. Ben gecenin bir vakti dışarıdan almış olduğum suyu içmek istediğim zaman resepsiyona mı ineceğim? Ayrıca odalarda böcekler de mevcuttu. Misket böceği adını verdiğimiz böceklerle doluydu. Otelde konakladım ama memnun kalmadım.
