A Great Hotel Close to Nagano Station

This hotel is very convenient at only a 3 minute walk to the station. It’s on the quiet side of the station which makes it nice too. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a natural hot spring on the 2nd floor which is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Lots of good restaurants on the other side of the station. Both my wife and I thought the Livemax was a good deal.

部屋と大浴場の洗面台の排水が詰まり気味、部屋のガラスが汚れてた、所はマイナス。 部屋に電子レンジ、ポット、マグの準備があり、歩いてすぐの所にコンビニがあるので朝食を買って部屋で温められ便利でした。 なんせ駅からすぐでアクセスはばっちりです。

可惜了地點

地點好，車站東口對面，有7-11，比較安靜，沒有早餐或飲品bar供應的。雙人房空間不錯還有微波爐。但洒店沒有保安系統，不用房卡可以上樓，女湯也是任何人推門可入。只有2台洗衣機，晚上等完洗衣機又等乾衣機，搞3個鐘。酒店洗衣機一般包洗衣液，客人入錢開始洗衣程序即可，但這家不包括要去前台買，不是50円的問題而是指示不明顯，洗完至知，眼見一牛半人也不知道要洗多次，何必呢！長野好多人去行山，大家都好多衣服要洗，地方好大為什麼只得2部機，而且洗衣機也不乾淨。如果500一晚是可以, 但9百幾蚊一晚這個水平就太貴。所以其他的滿了這家還有房是有原因。

6/20朝８時にルームクリーニングのマグネット出し忘れた事に気づき戻ったら間に合わないから電話でルームクリーニング頼んだらできないと一点張りで理由も言わないのであきらめたが、他のリブマックスにかけて聞いたらそういう場合は清掃会社に伝えてクリーニングできるみたいなので、長野はできない理由をはっきりさせてほしい。 朝8時だからまだまだ清掃は間に合うし、夕方フロントにいた人に聞いたら断られた事に不思議みたいな顔してたから、電話対応した女性だけなのかと思いました。 私も清掃して下さいのマグネットを出し忘れたからいけないんですが、頑なに断るならちゃんとした理由を答えて欲しかったです。
