The staff were excellent, the property was extremely clean and tidy, and most importantly the neighbourhood was vibrant and easily walkable to museums etc.It was wonderful to feel part of the local community while still having easy access to tourist attractions. A beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid. We really liked that it was within walking distance to the city. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, we were bothered by the fact that on the days housekeeping came in, the bed was made without changing the sheets after something had been spilled on them. It would be nice if at least a bottle of water was provided every day.

I loved this hotel. Great property, rooms and location. Friendly staff. They booked taxi for me to the airport at 4 am in the morning. Great location, we did not use public transport at all in Madrid. Everything is 10-20 mins walk. Loved the breakfast, decor and everything about this hotel. I did not see if they have water cooler available. Upon check in we got two water bottles. I would stay there again for sure.

This is a very nice hotel lovate in the center of Madrid with wverything ypu need really closed by. The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. We didnt use the breakfast buffet, we believed it was pricey, 15 Euros per person, when tou can get a sustainable breakfast for 20 euros for four poeple at any place nearby. Really good experience .
