Hotel Emi was lovely, right on the beach just a few kilometres north of Heraklion. The bed was comfy, breakfast really nice. The manager/owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our two night stay.

The Manager was top notch, we booked last min and was greeted with a drink and asked to wait one moment while the finished getting the room available. Within 5 min we were taken to our room. The staff, location and beach were all so nice we decided to extend our stay an extra day. The Manager once again was able to make arrangements for us to stay in our same room. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to this Beautiful location.

Wir waren nur 3 Tage hier und der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Die Hotelbesitzer sind so wahnsinnig bemüht und herzlich, dass man sich augenblicklich in das Hotel verliebt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und nett. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls toll. Vom gepflegten Pool aus, ist es nur Katzensprung zum Privatstrand. Wir haben uns hier unglaublich wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche im Emi Seaside. George ist ein aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sehr viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft und persönlichen Austausch legt. Er ist immer verfügbar und sorgt sich sehr um die Anliegen und Wünsche der Gäste. Das Emi verfügt über einen hoteleigenen Strandabschnitt mit Liegen und Schirmen. Bei den Liegen muss man etwas aufpassen, weil die Kopflehne sich beim hinsetzen manchmal einklappt, aber das ist eine Gewöhnungssache. Toll ist, dass man am Strand Snacks und Getränke bestellen kann, welche an den Platz gebracht werden (Danke Stavros!). Am Strand und am Pool gibt’s auch WLAN. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes Doppelzimmer, welches viel größer war als erwartet - ein großer Koffer und zwei kleine konnten aufgeklappt auf dem Boden liegen, ohne dass man durch diese beeinträchtigt wird. Danke an George und das gesamte Team für den tollen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Unser Apartment war im zweiten Stock, mit dem Aufzug erreichbar, mit Balkon, Meerblick und für griechische Verhältnisse einem recht großen Badezimmer. Die Gastgeber haben bei Problemen oder Anliegen immer gleich reagiert, waren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Volle Empfehlung und gerne wieder.
