10/10 Exceptional

The beds was comfortable. I liked having the mini kitchen in the room to cook breakfast in.

Very nice — for a motel, I think it’s already a very comfortable place to stay. The location is also quite good; it’s only about a five-minute drive from the visitor center.

Well maintained older building Close to attractions but quiet for sleeping

For the price it was beyond wonderful. In need of updating but absolutely wonderful.

10/10 Exceptional

Admittedly not to be confused with a five star hotel, but this older motel is charming, quaint, and clean. We enjoyed a comfortable King bed and a light breakfast was included. The staff was friendly. We were delighted, and extended our stay by an extra night.

Would stay again

Great location, clean. Dated and beds are not comfy.
Kimberlee, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great room for the value. ...a mile or so from an Acadia entrance... If you are looking for luxury, go up the road and pay 800 a night, but if you need a nice, friendly, economical, clean place to stay after exploring Acadia/Bar Harbor, look no further than Acadia Pines!

All you need cozy and quiet

We stayed here for 3 nights. It is a little old BUT all you need. My teenage son loved he had a separate space with door and queen bed. My husband and I loved having a king size bed. Housekeeping came every day. There’s a microwave and mini fridge and a coffee maker. Acadia is super close about 10 min drive and so is Bar Harbor. Restaurants for breakfast can get expensive (no fast food chains around) so we went to the local supermarket about 10 min away and got some essentials which saved us a lot of money. Beds were comfy and location is just so peaceful!! Recommend!

Clean, old fashion motel

Acadia Pines was a nice, clean old fashioned motel. We only stayed one night so didn’t use a lot of services. It is very near the Hills cove entrance to the park and downtown Bar Harbor.

Decent but good price

The place was very quaint but very old. Needs updating, but it was a decent price. Breakfast was free, but not great. Good location to all the main attractions. Beds were comfy too.

Aegean, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The room was quaint with a homey feel. The staff kept the room very clean. Very few amenities. Room included a small refrigerator, television, heat, a/c, 2 sitting chairs, queen bed and night stands. There was no room for anything else. There was 2 chairs and a table outside the door of each unit. The room was VERY CLEAN. The bed was comfortable.
Mary Jo, 7-night trip

4/10 Fair

Plastic cup with water from prior occupant was in the room. Vinyl in bath had large ripples. Mattress was old. Fridge was leaking water.
William, 3-night trip

Bathroom was in bad condition. TV was not working properly. Door to room was wedged stuck.
