Hotel owners are the best and so friendly. Would definitely stay here again. Nice cozy clean room. Parking right infront of room and across the street access to the beach where we watched an amazing sunset. Owners invited us to enjoy a campfire with them at dusk. So awesome.

Excellent vacation stay

Very comfortable studio with kitchen. Very clean and smelled good. Beach access was easy to get to and was maintained well. Walk through a foliage lined path was beautiful. The owners/managers were wonderful…friendly and helpful if needed. We will return to this great vacation spot.

Sunshine Motel Shines with Private Beach

The private beach access is a hidden gem when staying at this hotel. Quiet and peaceful opportunity to sit on the small beach without a bunch of other people to simply listen and watch the water. Room was clean, quiet, and had amenities needed and the owners were very friendly.

Owners are very pleasant and go out of their way to make u feel at home. They have a campfire every night for everyone to get to know each other. Super clean and rooms have log cabin effect inside!

This place was a little dated but, was clean, owners were friendly, kitchenette had everything we needed, and I had no problem with the cable or internet service. I will definitely stay again when up this way.

Super clean, awesome amenities like chairs outside each room, community outdoor tables, chairs and grills. Community fire pit lit nightly by the hosts. Room with kitchen had every pot, pan, dish, & utensil we needed.

Room was clean and well stocked. I left my coat after check out and they called me shortly after leaving to let me know so I that I was able to return to get it. I really appreciated it! Very friendly and helpful.
