Our stay was pleasant and the staff was too. Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor and the elevators were BOTH out of service. I've had recent knee surgery and this was a very difficult trip down the stairs with me struggling not to fall or re injure my knee.

Mostly great, just a few things.. there was no bartender at this location, so I couldn’t get a cocktail after a long day of traveling. The food was okay, service was terrible. It was the same server and chef. He did his best. Also the fire alarm went off at about 11pm or so.. for about 20-30 minutes I think. We evacuated but with zero instructions from staff. We weren’t told anything about what happened, no apologies or anything. We were falling asleep when it happened. The room was great though, comfortable beds, clean room. The pool was nice but the hot tub was unbearably hot. The place was clean and in a safe and beautiful location.

Checked in after dark. The worst case of location I've ever experienced in my life. There is no lit signage at night at the driveway entrance. There is no indication that there is even a hotel here. Every single street lamp in the parking area was turned off. No way to see the facility from the street. Took over 30 minutes once in the vicinity to find the place. Only light was at the front door entrance. Of course after parking (in complete darkness) it wasn't until approaching the front entrance that there is a lit sign on the facing of the building when looking up from the front entrance. This is hidden completely at night by all of the large trees obscuring any visibility of the building. If you decide to stay at this hotel DON'T arrive after dark because you will be completely lost. Even iphone App Maps will not lead you to the front of the building. Tried it 5 times. The App Maps te4ll you you Have Arrived... with no visibile cues that you know where to go next. What a complete cluster F**k! Unacceptable. Worse than 1 Star. A complete ZERO!

I have to say that the staff at this property made the stay. The facility itself wasn't what I would expect from a Holiday Inn - even express. The vinyl floors and lack of any or decoration on the walls made the room echo. There aren't many amenities around the property and the on-site restaurant was closed.

40 hour roadtrip to get no sleep at this hotel

We booked this hotel because we wanted to prioritize comfort for my family of 6. This hotel chain has really good ratings so we thought it was a safe choice. Boy was I wrong. The hotel room layout was great but the pull out couch mattress was so bad, you could feel the springs poking through. There was no sheets or bedding. The mattress looked really worn. The room was muggy and hot. When we turned the Air conditioner on, it would work then turn off and not turn back on till the temperature reached 75. With 6 people in the room I can’t begin to tell you how uncomfortable this was. Especially after a 40 hour drive to Seattle and 86-89 degrees outside. On day 2 we spoke to the front desk clerk and she basically said there was nothing she could do, her maintenance guy was gone for the day. They were going to switch us rooms but the other room ran exactly the same. So she said she could give me breakfast vouchers as courtesy for the inconvenience. Needless to say we spent another miserable night and checked out the next day. We didn’t sleep all night and cranky kids are not fun. We returned the breakfast vouchers. I expected way more out of a hotel like this for the price. I will not be staying here again. The staff tried but they just could not help. This ruined our vacation as waking up exhausted without sleep and trying to get up to go site see is impossible.
