It was expensive, but offered less than the cheaper hotels. I couldn't afford to add breakfast to an already expensive night stay. The pool was warm, but tiny and the hot tub was full of bubbles, which is gross.

Shoreview, MN Hilton does an amazing job with cleanliness, modern facilities, and the breakfast buffet. We had a quiet, wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. It would be nice to have coffee and hot water available all day vs. putting everything away promptly at 10:00 AM. We will be back.

The great escape to be with our grandkids.

It was a good stays. My kids and grand kids enjoy the pool and breakfast. We enjiy staying there and the staff made our stay awesomely wonderful. It was so wonderful we rented a extended room for our daughter and son inlaw's and our grandchildren. We appreciate the hotel very much.

Room had a crack in the ceiling and 2 lights did not work. I did not see this as a big deal so the front desk was never bothered about either issue. Room was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Liked everything about the hotel except the guy running the front desk. He was very rude to our group as well as another group that was there. Also we stayed there because it had a bar that he didn’t seem to like that we were using and even told us it would not be open Saturday night basically because he thought we were to load.
