Great Windsor weekend

Loved our stay!! The staff were so friendly, location was excellent. The majestic appearance of the hotel made it so easy to find, only a few minutes from the motorway and close enough to the places were wanyed to visit. Would recommend it to anyone, so clean and comfy.

The reason I chose this hotel was because of the leisure facilities, upon arrival I found out that the pool areas had been shut down for over a month! Nobody informed me of this after booking the hotel, and no offer of a partial refund. To top it all off, I have contracted food poisoning from the restaurant.
