6/10 Good

Shower had extremely low water pressure, almost non existent. It's located in a very tiny room which makes it a bit tough to move around. Location was good, close to West Edmonton Mall. Room was clean overall, spacious.

6/10 Good

The pool is nice and warm, it was odd tho they have locals using it for swimming lessons ? It was really weird. Wasn’t a busy hotel, breakfast was good. There was lots of screaming and yelling from outside back parking lot. There seems to be homeless people walking around at night around there.

We had a great stay overall. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issue was that an insect welcomed us on our first day, which wasn't the best first impression. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating!

Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was good, hot tub was good, but can be a bit too hot, the pool was good, warm and not cold Room was clean, I found the mattress was too soft, my opinion.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained. We liked that a complimentary breakfast was included. We found that our room was not very sound proof. We could here noise especially from the floor above us easily.

We really enjoyed our stay, with special mention of the pool, gym, and breakfast buffet. The building feels older, and there was minor dirty things (under sink edges, rubbish around the pool) but everything else was really good. We would stay again, especially for the combo of the kid friendly amenities and breakfast. The Staff were also so friendly and helpful! Good parking, even for trucks.
