We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hasselbaken. The staff was welcoming, the rooms well appointed and very clean and the breakfasts had an abundance of variety. My only issue (and this is throughout most European hotels) no room for baggage or to lay clothes out.

Family vacation just next to summer spots

Excellent location and good hotel. Traditional and classic style decoration. Had a great evening in Skansen and Allsången. It would be good to label allergens more clearly in breakfast. Nevertheless got really good gluten free breakfast. Special Thanks for gluten free pancakes!

Nice, well located hotel. We had a large room with nice bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Front of hotel was non-descript but restaurant and back patio were quite beautiful. They also offered a large and varied breakfast buffet. We can recommend.

Everything was exceptional! Customer service desk was so attentive and helpful. The bar was gorgeous. Breakfast completely exceeded our expectations. Our room had a shared patio which was so unique and amazing. The location could not be better. Everything you could want is right within walking distance. So much to do. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely traditional luxury hotel

The service was fantastic. It's a well known hotel so anyone in Stockholm can direct to it. It's a bit of a walk to the main tourist part and further to shops (40 mins) but there is a tram 2 mins from the hotel. I was unlucky because the tram didn't run due to an accident on the line but otherwise it would be fine. I would like to go again and explore the Nordic museum and Abba museum which are nearby and run around the huge park area it's on the edge of or visit the amusement park that's quite nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good, healthy and varied. There is just one thing. I really hoped for some salmon on the breakfast buffet as there often is in Stockholm but there wasn't any.

Ett fantastiskt ställe och närheten till Cirkus var avgörande för oss. Dock blev restaurangbesöket en stor besvikelse. Hotellet har jättemycket anpassningar för alla oss med en funktionsnedsättning men inte för hörselskadade. Miljön och ljudnivån i restaurang Hasselbacken var olidlig. Det gick inte att föra en dialog och samtal i normal ton. Det blev dessutom en besvikelse på maten. Bestämde oss för röding, men min partners röding var ej färdiglagad, vi klagade och fick ny men fick vänta 25 minuter på ny maträtt vilket gjorde att vi inte fick äta tillsammans, inte hann med någon dessert eller påfyllning av dricka eftersom vi skulle på föreställning på Cirkus! (Detta påpekade vi innan vi beställde maten.) Ingen kompensation fick vi heller… Så nästa gång vi bor på Hasselbacken så väljer vi att äta på en annan restaurang. Hotellet är fantastiskt annars med supertrevlig personal!!
