We had a wonderful family weekend at Albrighton Hall. It was perfect for what we needed. Rooms were accommodated close together like we had requested. We stayed during a heatwave and the grounds were delightful. The children had a great time exploring. The staff were so approachable and helpful.
We will definitely be looking to return.

Spent 2 days, surroundings lovely, i didn’t do much like the location of the room which was away from main hotel , it was up theses stairs with no rail so if you had mobility issues would be a problem. The view from window was a derelict building and a very busy road. Was vey clean and otherwise peaceful in the gardens

Albrighton Hall is very welcoming and staff are excellent.
Went as part of a lady motorcycling group and they welcomed us with open arms. Food excellent considering it was a group and hotels tend to struggle but these didn’t.

Excellent hotel. Beutiful scenery and great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bar food is ok and has a limited amount of alcohol free options but otherwise comfortable.

Our room was clean, spacious and well presented. Taps in the bathroom could do with an update. Room would be enhanced with a little flair in the decoration.
We used the pool, which was great.
We ate in the bar area overlooking the beautiful gardens. You don't have to book a table as you do in the dining room. The food was excellent and waiter efficient and friendly. We then had drinks on the terrace overlooking the lake.
Breakfast was very good with lot's of selection.
Would recommend 👌

We had a nice stay. The hotel grounds are lovely. The hotel room was a bit weathered and in need of some TLC, but was big, clean and comfortable. It is good value for the room and use of spa (which is also a bit weathered). Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary weekend away. Reception were very accommodating when we requested a change of room due to noise rising up from bar or something below.
While I slept very well, the mattress on my wife’s bed was upside down so she spent a night with springs sticking into her.
The following morning I spotted this after she said how badly she had slept.
We reported this to reception, who after a bit of prompting offered a discount, in the form of a partial refund. Yet to see a penny of that.

The hotel grounds a stunning. The hotel also has great facilities, particularly the gym & spa. Had a lovely big room. While the hotel is well kept and there'd clearly been some refurbishment of areas, it's one of many hotels in the UK that's just past it's prime and needs a major refurbishment but on the whole still very nice.

Checked in early which was great
Room is lovely, very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is great throughout.
Slight issue with dinner due to being much busier than the hotel anticipated and had catered for.
Breakfast was great, the poached eggs were to die for.
Service was great in the bar and at breakfast. The restaurant manager at breakfast was amazing.
We'll definitely return

Room was lovely, food wasn’t the best especially for the price. Pool was ok but freezing cold. Gym was good lots of equipment.

The hotel is nice - quiet location, lovely historic building. High ceilings and big windows. But it lacks love & attention. It's the little things that count - our toilet flush was intermittent, the showerhead didn't flow smoothly. The Peleton subscription at the gym hasn't been updated (and the manager said 'management aren't renewing it'!....then why have two super peleton bikes?!).
We ate in your restaurant on both nights - the menu was the same (maybe offer some daily specials?), and on our second night we had to chase three times for our main courses (we waited over 45 minutes). There were apologies, which was good, but it shouldn't happen that way at a Radisson. I expected better / slicker.

Nice hotel in a countryside setting with beautiful grounds. The accomodation was good (Junior Suite) & spacious, though the room was quite a trek from the bar & restaurant. Conversely, it was close to the Spa. Plenty of car parking including some electric charging bays. The breakfast was buffet style with the usual choices, cooked or continental. The dinners were excellent in both quality & presentation, accompanied by good service. We didn't use the Spa. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
