He checked me in efficiently, offered great local recommendations, and even took the time to make sure my room preferences were met without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to find someone who strikes the perfect balance between being personable and polished, but Alex did exactly that. The rest of the stay was excellent as well—clean rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location—but Alex truly set the tone. Exceptional service like his deserves to be recognized.
