There’s no parking available, if you park in front of the hotel, make sure you pay for the coupon. The atmosphere of the room is quite unique, overall it was an okay stay

The property is situated in a lively town centre hub of Taman Perlangi. The hotel is clean and well kept. Everything seems to be working well. Around the area, there are plenty of coffee shops, cafes, pharmacies etc. Sp lots to see and do if you are a tourist and wish to experience local JB life. It is also close to the city centre so you are generally a short car ride away from major shopping malls, places of interests. We highly recommend this small boutique hotel if you are tired of staying in those large hotels in the city centre.

Food places around the hotel is not good. There’s a lot of dust accumulated behind the sofa and the idea of stepping of the bath tub to shower is not convenient. Hotel room is right beside a noisy traffic and walls are thin. You can know when your neighbours are exiting or entering the room

We booked a suite which comes with 1 king bed and one single bed, but room feels quite small. Not much bigger than a regular hotel room. Not enough power points. Only 2 were installed next to the TV. There are no power points next to the bed. Toilet has a bathtub but there's no curtain so water will get splashed onto the toilet bowl and floor. Small vanity. No space for toiletries. We were only given bath towels, and not hand towel. No bottled.water as hotel is an eco-friendly hotel hence guests are provided with aluminium water bottle to refill water from dispenser machine at the foyer.

It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion. It was not greasy at all. So I bought one bottle from them when I checked out. I also managed to park near the hotel at the street parking. No complaints.

Almost perfect with one glaring pain point

Reception and housekeeping personnel were friendly and kind. Service was very satisfactory. The room though small was still comfortable and had all the required amenities. Only grouse I had was the strong smell of bleach when I entered my room. It lingered throughout my stay and even airing the room did not help. Hope the hotel management will relook the choice of their cleaning tools/practice and improve on the issue.

Room is too small w platform bed. The brick walls don’t seem clean and there’s mozzies in the room. Suggest to replace the refillable water flask whereby we can better wash the flask before using. Our group with a separate booking (similar pricing) has a bigger room with normal bed frame. Disappointed we didn’t get the same type of room for all of us on the same level. Water pressure is good and like the shower gel and shampoo. Water cooler for cold water is cold(nice) unlike some other properties.
