Really convenient for the airport. All car parking spaces were full but we had no problem parking in the public car park across the road. Lots of dinning options around the hotel. Very good breakfast at the hotel

8/10 Very good

Safe and quiet, good breakfast and the staff are friendly and kind. It would be nice it they can upgrade the TV, like connect to Wifi so kids can enjoy while parents are busy with some paper works.

This hotel is a bit expensive. You pay for the great views from most rooms and from the hotel restaurant. Good breakfast or dinner if you choose to pay extra. Location is on the road out of town, so you may need to take bus or taxi to visit downtown where all the restaurants are. I walked downtown from the hotel a few times, which is a lovely stroll on a path beside the lake, but takes about 50 minutes or longer. Bus tours will pick you up at the nearby bus stop on their way, but you need to arrange ahead of time.

10/10 Exceptional

Perfect place to stay!

The location is wonderful because you wake up to peaceful lake views and mountains right outside your window. The rooms are spotlessly clean. It's super easy to jump into town on the local bus right outside the hotel or go to other destinations. Personally, I liked it better than staying right in the center. It was much more enjoyable and vacation-like. You got the best of both worlds and a hot tub.

Great. Loved it
Praneet, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice view of the lake. Very clean and tidy rooms comfortable bed. Only problem was we had to wait for breakfast some dishes were not ready or refilled on time. And yes you have to pay $20 for parking per night which i feel was expensive beside that we had a lovely stay.

Reasonable price for room and breakfast

I spent 3 nights in a standard room. There was a comfortable bed, AC and small fridge and microwave. It is across from a bus stop with a bus every 15 mins. The hotel has ample parking. Breakfast was very good both hot and cold with lovely view of lakes and mountains. The rooms are in two storey blocks, some with balcony but not all with lake view.
J, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Door lock broken, sprung a $20 parking fee on us, told us buffet breakfast was $25 a head but didn’t mention prebooking required then wanted $32 a head!
lewis, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Likes everything except the size of the rooms.
Anthony, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Parking was a night mare. It is additional $20/night..all internal roads are narrow and sloped and curvy. Breakfast options were plenty and they changed the some items the next day. Rooms are near but small. My main issue was power outlets was only available on one side of the beds. No way to connect to a power outlet if you are on the other queen bed. It have been better if the outlets are in the middle.
Vijay, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Poor parking. Leaking cistern.
ian, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Place was okay, staff were nice but shower head was broken like someone had dropped it, was noisy all night with some loud humming noise and the people staying in a room near us. Asked for a fan for the room but couldn’t get one

8/10 Very good

Excellent views of the mountains and water views. Some of the amenities like heating and fan in toilet weren’t working. Had a spot inside room next to bathroom some water leaked damage. Had some electrical tripping issue which was fixed after talking to reception. Room was very clean and was very good breakfast and hospitality. If the issues mentioned above were fixed then I would say this is 5 star. Still not a bad hotel as I absolutely loved the views and breakfast and cleanliness of the room
Kadirvel, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Dirty bay tub

The hotel has a great view of the lake. Unfortunately, the view doesn’t make up for the dirty bath tub we had in our room. It wasn’t just stray hair that’s easy to miss, it was stuck on grime that needs to be scrubbed. I scrubbed the bottom of the tub with a towel before standing in it, but it took me a minute without proper tools. I understand that staff shortage is an issue, but this is dirt that has been consistently missed, not from the previous guest.
Orsolya, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

We booked a king size room with lake views, and upon check in were told we were being ‘upgraded’ to a premium room with two double beds 🙄 I requested the room I originally booked with a queen bed, and was then told their was ‘maintenance’ happening. The only other option was a room with a double bed and a single bed, so basically we had no choice but the room they gave us. No apology given, or discount, they just continued to act like this was an ‘upgrade’. Conditions were to be expected based on the price point. Older motel in need of renovations. Overall displeased with the experience and would not recommend to others.
